Custom orders: Please allow up to 2 weeks (10 business days) for your order to be made before it is shipped.
You will receive an update when your item is complete and ready to ship.

Shipping Timeframes

Once your item is completed and shipped, delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times (after the 2-week production window):

Australia (Standard Post): 2–8 business days
Australia (Express Post): 1–3 business days
