All our items are handmade with love and attention to detail. To help us manage materials, time and custom requests, we require a 50% deposit to begin your order. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.

 Deposit Policy

• A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm your order and secure your place in the production queue.

• The final 50% is due once your item is complete and must be paid before shipping or collection.

 Payment Methods

We accept the following:

• Through Square invoicing only.

Full payment details will be sent via invoice or message once your order is confirmed.

 Production Time

• As each piece is handmade, production times vary based on the complexity of your order.

• An estimated completion timeframe will be provided upon deposit.

• If there are any delays, we will notify you promptly.

Changes & Cancellations

• No changes to colour, size, or design can be made after the deposit is received unless agreed upon in writing.

• If you cancel your order after the deposit is paid, the deposit will not be refunded due to materials and time already invested.

 Final Payment & Delivery

• You’ll be notified when your item is ready.

• Final payment is required within 7 days of notification.

• Shipping or pickup will be arranged after final payment is received.

• If payment is not made within the timeframe, the item may be relisted or cancelled, and your deposit forfeited.

 Refunds & Returns

• As each item is custom-made, we do not accept refunds or returns, unless the item is faulty or differs significantly from what was agreed.

• If there’s an issue with your item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it so we can resolve it.
